Japanese Society for Neurological Surgery Annual Meeting (JNS)

The Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Neurological Surgery is the premier, comprehensive flagship academic conference in the field of neurosurgery in Japan and across Asia. With over 10,000 members, it serves as a central platform for developing clinical guidelines, harmonizing technical standards, and fostering collaboration between academia and industry in Asian neurosurgery.

Neurosurgical minimally invasive instruments, cerebrovascular interventional devices, brain function monitoring equipment, and surgical navigation systems.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition itinerary.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
