European Organisation of Operating Room Nurses (EORNA) Congress

The European Association of Surgical Nurses Congress is the premier biennial flagship academic conference in the field of perioperative and operating room nursing in Europe. Held every two years, it is organized by the European Association of Surgical Nurses (EORNA) and welcomes perioperative nurses, operating room specialists, nursing administrators, hospital infection control professionals, surgical nursing teams, and industry representatives from around the world. Focusing on key areas such as perioperative patient safety, aseptic techniques, surgical infection prevention, operating room management, minimally invasive and robotic surgery nursing, wound and ostomy care, sustainable operating room practices, digital nursing technologies, specialized education, and team collaboration, the congress serves as a central platform for academic exchange, skills training, and industry‑academic partnerships in perioperative nursing across Europe.

Over 3,000 European nursing experts attended, with more than 80 exhibitors, focusing on the standardization of operating room nursing.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board production, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the relevant visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the implementation period, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully launched and executed.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
