The International Congress/Annual Meeting of the American Society for Extracorporeal Technology is the premier annual flagship academic conference in the field of cardiovascular extracorporeal circulation and perfusion technology in North America. 5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
