European Wound Management Association (EWMA) Congress

The European Wound Management Association Congress is the premier, authoritative flagship academic conference in the field of wound and ulcer management in Europe. Hosted by the European Wound Management Association (EWMA) and co-organized with the German Wound Congress (DEWU), it brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, administrators, and industry representatives from around the world working in wound care, ostomy and incontinence management, wound healing, lower‑extremity ulcers, diabetic foot care, pressure injuries, wound infections, and tissue regeneration. It serves as a central platform for scholarly exchange, skills training, the dissemination of cutting-edge technologies, and industry–academic collaboration in the European wound care community.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
