The Annual Congress of the European Society of Pediatric Endoscopic Surgeons is the premier, highest‑level academic conference in the field of pediatric minimally invasive and endoscopic surgery in Europe. It serves as a world‑class platform for scholarly exchange, hands‑on training, and industry collaboration across pediatric surgery, minimally invasive endoscopy, robotic surgery, and neonatal surgery. The event is designed for pediatric surgeons, endoscopic and minimally invasive surgeons, neonatal surgery specialists, nursing teams, researchers, and representatives from the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
