Pacific Association of Pediatric Surgeons Annual Meeting (PAPS)

The Annual Meeting of the Pacific Pediatric Surgical Society is the premier academic conference in the field of pediatric surgery across the Pacific Rim, bringing together experts from the Asia-Pacific, North America, and Latin America. It focuses on clinical innovation, minimally invasive techniques, basic research, and global collaboration in pediatric surgery, serving as a vital platform for scholarly exchange, technological showcase, and industry–academic partnerships.

Over 3,000 Pacific Rim experts attended, with more than 90 exhibitors, focusing on innovative pediatric surgical procedures.

Pediatric surgical instruments, laparoscopic equipment, pediatric implants, child‑specific anesthesia devices, pediatric rehabilitation equipment, and pediatric surgical monitoring devices.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
