Japanese Association for Thoracic Surgery Annual Meeting (JATS)

The Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Thoracic Surgery is the premier academic conference in Japan’s cardiothoracic surgery field, encompassing the three core specialties of cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, and esophageal surgery. It focuses on minimally invasive and robotic surgery, pulmonary and esophageal malignancies, cardiac valve disease, major vascular conditions, as well as critical care and perioperative management, serving as a central platform for clinical practice, research, technical training, and industry collaboration in Japanese thoracic surgery.

Over 5,000 Japanese experts attended, with more than 160 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge thoracic surgical techniques.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
