European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS) Annual Congress

The Annual Congress of the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery is one of the world’s premier academic events in the field of cardio-thoracic surgery and the largest such conference in Europe. It encompasses adult cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, congenital heart disease, great vessel surgery, minimally invasive and robotic techniques, and transcatheter interventions, bringing together leading experts from around the globe. The congress features scholarly presentations, technical demonstrations, innovative showcases, and opportunities for industry–academic collaboration.

Over 8,000 European experts attended, with more than 220 exhibitors showcasing innovative technologies in cardiothoracic surgery.

Cardiac surgical instruments, thoracoscopic equipment, cardiac valve prostheses, cardiothoracic interventional devices, and extracorporeal circulation equipment.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
