Japanese Association for Thoracic Surgery Annual Meeting (JACS)

The Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Thoracic Surgery is Japan’s premier professional conference in the field of general thoracic surgery, focusing on the surgical diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the lung, esophagus, mediastinum, and chest wall, as well as innovations in minimally invasive techniques and their clinical applications. It serves as a central platform for clinical discussions, technical training, academic exchange, and industry collaboration in general thoracic surgery across Japan and East Asia.

Over 4,000 Japanese experts and more than 120 exhibitors attended, with a focus on minimally invasive thoracic surgery.

Respiratory surgical instruments, thoracoscopic equipment, pulmonary surgical instruments, respiratory function monitoring devices, and thoracic interventional devices.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
