The Annual Congress of the Asian Society of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery is Asia’s premier, comprehensive flagship event in the field of cardiothoracic surgery. Alongside the AATS, EACTS, and STS, it ranks among the world’s four major thoracic and cardiovascular surgical conferences, encompassing the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, general thoracic surgery, congenital heart disease, great vessel surgery, minimally invasive and robotic techniques, as well as AI‑driven and precision medicine. It serves as a central platform for showcasing clinical advances, fostering technological innovation, bringing together leading experts, and facilitating industry‑academic collaboration across Asia.

Over 5,000 Asian experts attended, with more than 150 exhibitors and joint international exchanges among multiple professional societies.

Cardiovascular surgical instruments, thoracoscopic equipment, cardiac interventional devices, aortic surgical instruments, and cardiothoracic imaging equipment.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
