American Association for Thoracic Surgery Annual Meeting (STS)

The American Association for Thoracic Surgery Annual Meeting is a premier, clinically oriented conference in the global cardiothoracic surgery field. Alongside AATS and ESTS, it ranks among the three major international thoracic surgery events, emphasizing hands-on clinical practice, technical standardization, database‑driven research, and training for young surgeons. Covering the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, general thoracic surgery, congenital heart disease, great vessel surgery, and minimally invasive techniques, it serves as a central platform for unveiling cutting-edge clinical innovations, delivering practical training, fostering expert dialogue, and facilitating industry–academic collaboration.

Over 6,000 professionals attended, with more than 180 exhibitors, including 22.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits.

Cardiothoracic surgical instruments, extracorporeal circulation equipment, cardiac valve prostheses, thoracic surgery monitoring devices, and surgical navigation systems.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
