The Canadian Society for Vascular Surgery Annual Meeting is Canada’s premier flagship conference in the field of vascular surgery and one of the most important vascular surgery meetings in North America. It focuses on the clinical management of vascular diseases, endovascular techniques, open surgical procedures, vascular nursing, and cutting-edge research, serving as a central platform for knowledge exchange, technical training, and industry collaboration among vascular surgeons in Canada and across North America.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition itinerary.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
