International Clinical Neurophysiology Congress (ICCN)

The International Congress of Clinical Neurophysiology is the world’s premier, most prestigious, and academically authoritative flagship conference in the field of clinical neurophysiology. Officially organized by the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology (IFCN), which comprises 68 member societies from 65 countries, it is held every two years. The congress serves as a central, authoritative platform for harmonizing international technical standards, disseminating cutting-edge research findings, building global continuing medical education systems, and fostering integration across the entire industry chain. It comprehensively encompasses both clinical applications and translational research spanning the full spectrum of central and peripheral neuroelectrophysiology.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board production, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
