The European Venous Forum Annual Meeting is the premier academic conference in the field of venous disease in Europe and one of the leading global forums for phlebology. It focuses on chronic venous disease (CVD), venous thromboembolism (VTE), lymphedema, venous ulcers, aesthetic venous treatments, and AI-driven innovations, serving as a central platform for clinical exchange, technical training, and industry collaboration among venous specialists across Europe and around the world.

Over 3,000 European experts attended, with more than 80 exhibitors, focusing on venous and lymphatic diseases.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
