World Parkinson’s Congress (WPC)

The World Parkinson’s Congress is the largest and most diverse triennial international flagship academic event in the global Parkinson’s disease field. Hosted by the World Parkinson’s Disease Coalition, it transcends disciplinary boundaries among basic research, clinical care, and patient communities, bringing together neurologists, researchers, rehabilitation and nursing professionals, patients, caregivers, and nonprofit organizations—key stakeholders across the entire care continuum. It serves as a premier, authoritative platform for advancing diagnostic and therapeutic innovations in Parkinson’s disease and fostering the coordinated development of holistic care systems worldwide.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
