Asia-Pacific Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (APSTH) Congress

The Congress of the Asia-Pacific Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis is the premier comprehensive annual scientific conference in the field of thrombosis and hemostasis in the Asia-Pacific region. Held concurrently with the 48th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (JSTH), it encompasses basic research, clinical diagnosis and treatment, guideline standardization, and innovative products, serving as a central platform for clinical exchange, technical training, and industry collaboration in the Asia-Pacific region’s thrombosis and hemostasis community.

Over 3,000 Asia-Pacific experts attended, with more than 80 exhibitors, and the event was co-hosted with the Japanese Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis.

Thrombus diagnostic devices, hemostatic instruments, anticoagulant drugs, thrombolytic interventional therapy devices, and coagulation function testing instruments.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
