International Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) Global Conference

The International Alzheimer’s Association Global Congress is the world’s oldest and most geographically inclusive flagship international conference on dementia. Hosted by the International Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI)—an organization with consultative status at the United Nations and official collaboration with the World Health Organization—it serves as a premier, authoritative platform for coordinating global dementia public health policies, innovating care models, safeguarding patient rights, fostering multidisciplinary knowledge exchange, and linking the entire dementia‑related ecosystem. The congress structures its program around the seven core pillars of the WHO Global Action Plan on Dementia, bringing together stakeholders across the research, clinical, care, policy, and philanthropic sectors to advance balanced progress in global dementia prevention and management.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
