The Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Critical Care Medicine is the premier, comprehensive flagship conference in Japan’s critical care medicine field and one of the most important academic forums for critical care medicine in the Asia-Pacific region. Covering adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care; respiratory failure; shock; sepsis; ECMO and extracorporeal life support; critical care nursing; and cutting-edge technological innovations, it serves as a central platform for clinical exchange, technical training, and industry‑academic collaboration among critical care specialists in Japan and across the Asia-Pacific.

Over 5,000 Japanese experts and more than 150 exhibitors are attending, focusing on the evolution and optimization of critical care medicine.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
