Pan-American Congress on Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders (MDS-PAS)

The Pan-American Congress on Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders is the premier biennial regional flagship academic event in the field of Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders across the Pan-American region—encompassing North and South America as well as the Caribbean. Hosted by the official Pan-American Chapter of the MDS, it serves as a central, authoritative platform for disseminating clinical practice guidelines, fostering cutting-edge clinical research exchange, building the capacity of primary-care physicians, and facilitating targeted industry–clinical collaboration. By forging deep connections between leading North American clinical resources and grassroots healthcare networks in Latin America, the congress reflects the overall state of advancement in the discipline of movement disorders throughout the Pan-American region.

Over 500 attendees, more than 214 abstracts, and over 39 grants awarded.

Movement disorder diagnostic devices, rehabilitation training equipment, targeted therapy drugs, and patient management tools

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
