This edition marks the triennial flagship joint event of Japan’s three leading neuroscience societies, concurrently hosting the 36th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Neural Circuits. It stands as the largest interdisciplinary neuroscience conference in East Asia. As the region’s premier annual forum, it spans the entire research spectrum—from fundamental neuroscience and neurochemistry to computational neuroscience, neural circuitry studies, and clinical translation—serving as a central, authoritative platform for showcasing cutting-edge advances in brain science, fostering inter-institutional collaboration, and bridging academia, industry, and clinical practice. It also serves as the principal venue for presenting the outcomes of Japan’s Brain/MINDS initiative.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the applicable fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
