Japanese Stroke Conference (STROKE)

The Japan Stroke Conference is the largest comprehensive, multidisciplinary academic annual meeting in the field of stroke in Japan and across Asia. Co‑hosted by Japan’s three leading stroke societies, it encompasses the entire continuum—from stroke prevention and acute‑phase endovascular therapy to neurointervention, cerebral vasospasm, and rehabilitation and long-term management—serving as a premier flagship platform for updating Japan’s stroke care guidelines, translating clinical innovations into practice, and fostering collaboration between academia and industry.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board fabrication, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
