The Asia-Pacific Stroke Conference is the premier, comprehensive annual academic conference in the field of stroke in the Asia-Pacific region. Hosted by the Asia-Pacific Stroke Organization (APSO), it encompasses all aspects of stroke care, including prevention, acute treatment, neurointervention, rehabilitation, and long-term management, serving as a central platform for developing clinical guidelines, facilitating technological exchange, and fostering industry collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free.
2. Confirm the booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner board production, the exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation.
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules.
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants.
7. During the event, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully implemented.
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
