KIMES aims to foster international trade and cooperation in the healthcare sector between South Korea and the rest of the world, particularly with its Asian neighbors, providing a global platform for traditional Eastern medicine and the medical equipment industry. Through exhibition‑based networking and business matchmaking, KIMES seeks to enhance global awareness of these sectors, expand opportunities for international growth, and create greater prospects for cross‑border trade. Since its inception in 1980, the KIMES show has grown steadily, with booth space doubling annually and the venue expanding to five dedicated exhibition halls.

This exhibition targets buyers, wholesalers, industry professionals and agents in the medical equipment and home‑care sectors, as well as researchers, physicians, pharmacists, manufacturers, distributors, and importers and exporters. The event also welcomes international buyer delegations and key healthcare‑industry experts, driving steady growth in exhibitor orders and total sales while delivering outstanding results. Whether measured by the number of participating companies, visitor attendance, or exhibition space, all metrics have been expanding year after year, providing an increasingly robust trade platform for both exhibitors and visitors.

1. Complete the exhibition application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and error-free. 
2. Confirm booth information, sign the exhibition contract, and pay the relevant fees as stipulated in the contract. 
3. Handle matters related to booth registration, banner production, the official exhibition catalog, rental of exhibition equipment and booth construction, as well as exhibit transportation. 
4. Prepare exhibition materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards. 
5. Confirm the list of exhibitors and coordinate their exhibition schedules. 
6. If a visa is required, promptly arrange the necessary visa procedures for all exhibition participants. 
7. During the implementation phase, systematically advance all exhibition-related tasks to ensure the project is successfully launched and executed. 
8. Upon completion of the project, arrange for the issuance of invoices.
